I recently had been on a business trip to a city near Kenmore Washington and though I passed by I didn’t have time to stop in, maybe next time.
Diane, your pushing 80 and have lived with this for many years, why not make it easy and clear all this up. Currently I’m working with an attorney who will be petitioning the LA court to order a DNA test, I should have no problem getting this considering my son.
When this is filed everything will become public. I have tried for many years to settle this among those involved but with no luck, now the court will finally be involved.
You and I both know what the outcome will be so why not save the embarrassment of all. Just do what is right and this will end.
I offered to place $100k in an escrow account for you just for taking a lie detector test, you refused.
Why would anyone who claims they’re telling the truth refuse to take a lie detector test regarding such especially when they’re getting paid $100,000 just for doing so.
Remember, Just because you’ll soon be expired will not provide a reprieve for Claudia. Claudia has already had problems from this, a potential employer had checked her background and came upon these sites. They asked me in an email to elaborate on her. I believe she didn’t get the job.

Before you begin reading this and the other sites allow me to briefly explain about the sites .
You will notice on some sites where some of the information is now old . The sites were started a few years back and at that time I was still engaged in a legal proceeding connected with these sites and so I felt some of the important information needed to be kept confidential for the time being .
That time has passed and now I have begun placing some of this missing information .
Although the sites are designed in such a way as to allow the reader to go in chronological order of events , this is not the book where such is to be the case , so you might find some writing out of sequence .
Even to this day I am still finding out more as I receive weekly emails from people who have very important information . People who where there and knew Danny Thomas in the 50s , 60s and so on . It seems I opened up a huge can of worms and the longer this goes on , the deeper this seems to get .

And this is the true story of how Marlo Thomas and Anthony Charles Thomas along with the cooperation of Claudia O’Keefe and Diane Emerich caused great unnecessary pain to a 20 month old child on life support at the UCLA hospital .
This child is the grandson of Danny Thomas and Diane Emerich , nephew to Marlo Thomas , Anthony Charles Thomas , and Claudia O’Keefe . This child is now turning 17 and will always need 24 hour 7 days a week care . To this day not one of these people have acted with honor in this case to help this child but rather committed serious crimes which have had dire consequences on his health and life .
For me to say the statements which I say on these sites I needed to have full proof . I have spent the better part of the past decade compiling this proof in court . These sites are just a precursor to the newly titled book , “ The sacrificed Child .”where step by step all the information will be disclosed .
I have done all I can to keep this information quiet however due to the continuing criminal efforts committed against my son I felt compelled to draft the book .

I have not placed this information to humiliate the legendary Danny Thomas but rather this information has been placed merely to demonstrate the perversion of Danny Thomas and to show he was not an angle , he had sex with hundreds of woman throughout the years . I am just one of the creations of one of these encounters .
Now one last remark . Some have asked if I was doing this for money . As you will read I hired an attorney to contact the Thomas family when my son was on life support . She clearly wrote I had no interest in money . When I was a child I told myself money doesn’t build character and decided to make my own way through this world . Even to this day I feel the same way . In order to write this story objectively and honestly money can not be a factor .

When people such as Claudia O'Keeffe and Diane Emerich talk most of what they say is pure unadulterated lies . Lies are just as vicious as physical pain and sometimes much worse . These two people have been under investigation of fraud for over the past 7 years and in more than 6 states . It has been discovered through the deposing of both Claudia O'Keeffe and Diane Emerich that both lack any passable trace of honor or respect for the justice system or the hundreds of thousands of soldiers who have sacrificed the ultimate so we , Americans , can live free in a democratic society .
With people such as Claudia O'Keeffe and her mother Diane Emerich all one has to do is keep them on the witness stand testifying as long as possible and sooner or later one of their lies can be proven . No matter the magnitude of the lie , if stated under the oath of penalty of perjury and can be proven to be in fact a lie , it is now a crime !
When a lie is purposely inflicted onto the court then this lie now becomes a criminal action with intent . Just as equal as the crime of perjury , is the fact that now whatever that person says will always be in question . If a person is willing to deliberately lie under oath then the same person is willing to lie at any time.
Both , Claudia O'Keeffe and her mother Diane Emerich have not only clearly displayed their lack of respect for America's courts as one will read here and at www.claudiaokeefe.com but with the enclosed pages can read just how deplorable of human beings they truly are . I have lived over 47 years and to this day I have seldom ever met people of such low standards of decency as the two named above . All documents put on this site are factual .
It has been proven through the many years of investigations into these two people , without a doubt , both are involved in the crime of fraud .
As this case now quickly escalates to a conclusion and passable federal charges are brought forward against these two criminals more documents will be released on both sites .
Now just one quick word before you flip the page. Just prior to taking the stand Ms. Emerich declared profoundly of her new found faith in Christianity . Would a person who believes in the all mighty deliberately take the oath under penalty of perjury to tell the truth while placing a hand on the Bible and saying "I do so help me God " and then lie ? The answer is no . According to the Christian church a person who is a ," Christian ", would never lie under oath or deliberately cause harm to another .
In my eyes , I am sick and tired of people resorting to fraudulently claiming to be a good Christian just to pass them selfs off to others as being a person of a pure classification .
And one last comment . I respect what women have had to go through to archive the social standings which women now hold . It has been a tough road and the suffix Ms. should refer to , in my eyes , a women who has acted honorably in life . Someone who has worked hard to achieve their dreams , not a women who patronizes rape as a story to falsely conger up pity for ones self from others . A women who would actually create such a heinous lie as this mocks all those unfortunate victims of rape and minimizes the terrible act of such that so many have suffered .
In time you will read evidence to the fact that Diane Emerich did just that . Both Ms. Emerich and Ms. O'Keeffe call themselves Ms. I only address them as such so that others can read for themselves that these two people do not live up to the title Ms. and as such are absolutely two women who do not deserve to hold the title which has been earned by so many women working extremely hard to achieve this title. To those true women deserving of the title Ms. , I salute you , this most definatly does not include O'Keefe or Emerich .
